Inquiries are sent and received through Feishu Mail, subject to our service arrangements and its applicable terms. Providers are used only as necessary for these services. We do not sell personal or seller data or disclose your business information to other sellers. Legally required disclosures are limited to what is necessary.

We request only proportionate verification, acknowledge requests within five business days and normally complete them within 30 days. You can browse without providing inquiry information.

首期产品设计面向销售汇总、库存、费用及广告效果的只读分析，通过 SP-API 与 Ads API 分别授权，不申请买家姓名、电话或地址。当前不收集这些 API 数据。真实接入前，会另行提供覆盖实际数据类别、存储地区、保存期限、备份删除及撤销授权的服务隐私说明，并完成相应平台许可；本政策不作为尚未发生的店铺数据处理的同意。The initial design is read-only analysis of aggregate sales, inventory, fees and ad performance, with separate SP-API and Ads API authorizations and no requested buyer names, phones or addresses. No such API data is currently collected. Before live integration, we will provide service-specific information covering actual categories, locations, retention, backup deletion and revocation, and obtain platform permissions. This policy is not consent for store processing that has not begun.
